01 / The exhibition
Experience what's
at stake.
Advances in AI bring new possibilities and new risks. Where could harm arise? What could further advances mean for society? And how can more people have a voice in decisions about development and use?
Through art, hands-on experiments, and public conversations, explore the capabilities and limitations of AI systems, possible futures, and choices about development, use, and oversight. No technical background needed.
02 / Questions to enter
Understand the risks.
Explore possible futures.
Three ways into the exhibition. Select a question to explore.
01Where are the risks?+
Explore how errors, misuse, and failures of oversight can cause harm — and what could reduce those risks as AI capabilities advance.
02What futures are possible?+
Sit with the futures that current trajectories make plausible, and the ones they make harder to reach. Not predictions — options, laid out so you can weigh them.
03How can we have a say?+
Decisions about AI are being made now, mostly by a small number of people. Find the places where a wider public still has leverage, and what it takes to use it.
Understand the risks.
Explore the possibilities.
Have a say.

03 / An open invitation
Make AI's stakes
tangible.
We're inviting artists, makers, and researchers to propose works that help people recognise risks, explore possible futures, and join the discussion about AI development. Bring a game, sculpture, sound piece, interactive installation, or clear explainer.
Ideas and works in progress welcome.
Creator fees
$200 for a physical installation, $150 for screen-based or online work, and up to $500 where the scale of the work calls for it.
Format
Compact, hands-on, approachable

04 / Meet us in Berlin
Opening in Berlin.
Built to travel.
Foresight Institute Berlin Node
Opening reception, artist talks, and roundtables. The exhibition then stays on view at the Node for an extended run after EAGx closes.
After Berlin the work can travel further: participating creators may opt into an open exhibit kit that other communities can adapt and stage.
05 / Build it with us
Help bring the
exhibition to life.
Help shape the exhibition through design, research, public programmes, communications, or the practical work of bringing it together. Berlin and remote volunteers welcome.
